Also, when the chorus comes in, I LOVE that drum that come in right at 1:05, it leaves oyu feeling empty inside for a split second then BANG in comes the chorus. That feeling is exactly why I listen to VGM.

This song is actually in the american version of the game. Only thing is at the moment only way I know how you can hear it is by beating the game with roll and letting the credit scroll. Also it's in english and I know how that turns off some anime fans. =3

capcom usa is really working it's tail off to get this game to come stateside. there are some of the tatsunoko copyright holders that are outside of Japan, and that's where the problems lie at the moment. Hopefully, they'll have that cleared up by Christmas time. I'm really itching to get my mitts on this game!
