I do like this album a lot. But a lot of their songs follow the same format. Melodic intro, slow verse, climactic chorus. Do that again. Then bridge. Then wrap it up....

311 was my favorite band, but uplifter had the same formula for almost every song, a slow intro, but mainly every song had a big chorus. Just kind of boring, I LOVE MUSIC AND GRASSROOTS. Less polished more raw, but now their to commercial.

phuckface makes some sense.... but phuckface if you are the same person you were listening to grassroots then you are behind in the past. if my buddies could see a new point of view and a new understanding from an old way of life, then the new 311 would be an eye opening experience for them. you need something new to make yourself appreciate the old.
