I think Bishop is Otacon. Probably they didn't use the name due to copyright issues. His acting ain't good but acceptable! And for God's sakes! Shawdow moses was 2004! Shadow Moses, or the FOXHOUND Rebellion, happened in February of 2005, game time. The tanker incident occured on August 8th, 2007, with the Big Shell incident happening two years later, April 29 & 30, 2009. So if this was to fit in, chronologically, It would have happened before they discovered MG Ray.

I got this all from MGWiki, so it could be off, but Im pretty sure this can be confermed dates.

shadow moses was 2005. probably early 2005 but it was. Metal gear 1 takes place in 1995, Metal gear 2 is in 1999, and then MGS is in 2005. they state in the game that zanzibar land happened 6 years prior, so if you look in the manual of MGS it talks about the previous missions and their years. MGS 2 tanker incident was in 2007 and the Big Shell was 2 years later in april 2009, then MGS4 is 2014, and they talk about how the big shell was 5 years prior and how shadow moses was 9 years ago.
