Unlike those of you, I enjoy Welcome Week a lot. I developed tons of friends during Welcome Week. I agreed that a lot of the activities they had are plainly stupid and pointless, but it helped you get to know people.

welcome week is shit. all that did was make my friend into a drunk and push people who he cared about away.

I am a Sophomore on campus and I'm extremely happy I didn't have to participate in any of these "Pre-school" events.
I think that the money put towards welcome week could have been better spent elsewhere.
