@roremster The WYK-58 is a direct replacement for the WYK-60A. I have one on mine and there are no performance gains. But it is easier to adjust the L needle.

@trampolineboy567 The BladeZ scooter and the Tanaka Power Pipe are no longer manufactured. That being said. You can sometimes find BladeZ scooters and Tanaka Power Pipes on ebay or on Craigs List. Same thing with the Active 50 engine.

What's great about Tanaka pipe? I just want to learn about it because im about to buy a gas scooter. Is a 50cc bladez scooter (all silver) good gas scooter? im hoping for 30+ mph.

Tanaka pipes are cc specific. This one was designed for the 47cc. You can attach the stock muffler to the end of the stinger if you want it quieter. Any Bladez scooter with a 78mm clutch is a good scooter. If it has an Active 50cc engine it would be a great scooter.

Are you talking about the stock foam filter that goes into the stock air box or are you talking about a foam filter that clamps onto the velocity stack ?

Go to the DDM website and click products,then click Goped, then click HP&stock parts by function, then click AF-air filters,. From there you can choose the air filter, choke and velocity stack. These parts will also fit your Bladez 40cc Tanaka engine.

totaly drain all the gas out and run repididaly untill it dose not start mix oil correcly with gas and spray starting fluid in the carbrator and pull the shit out of that rope untill it starts

i just bought a 50cc runs great fast, its hard to start once it starts it runs and when it get too hot it shuts off and dosent start until it cools off what could it be? could it be the carb that is dirty ?

dude please you have to help me!!! I have the same excact scooter. A bladeZ with an active 50cc on it and i keep getting told that i can't put a pipe on it because an Active pipe won't fit on the bladeZ. How did you get a tanaka pipe on an active motor? Is there more than one pipe you can use? I desperately want to put a pipe on it!! People just keep telling me i can't because Active isn't supposed to be on a bladeZ so it won't fit!!! Please give me some suggestions! anything!

The Tanaka pipe for the 47cc is a direct bolt on. Another pipe that is a direct bolt on is the Bladez 3 stage pipe. The ADA GSR40 pipe will also fit, but I prefer the Tanaka pipe.

It's a Coast Ped ported Active 51.7cc. If you have a Tanaka pipe, put the stock muffler on the end of the pipe. It will make it quieter that with the muffler alone. This is the reason for me posting this video.
