In my country we have real milk, but as i know, in USA most of all products are fake & genetic modified.. even some meat are made from soya. In Europe Union, there are completely different rules for food and there is no genetic modified food.. What i wanted to say is that you drink milk which is made from powder not natural from cow.

@BasketxCase and actually processed milk is made of powdered milk, which is 25% "real" milk and 75% additives. it is pasteurized and dehydrated at so high temperatures that proteins are deformed, fats saturated and vitamins and a part of the minerals lost. Then it is converted back into liquid form or not, and artificially added proteins, minerals and vitamins, which of course the body recognizes as artificial and don't follow usual metabolic paths. it's sad. if u own ur own cow you are saved.

@jammetti yeah we definatly do drink real milk. and a lot of our stuff IS processed. but we also have a lot of organic foods. we just choose to eat all the processed, and preserved foods because its convenient for us

Lots of complex B vit and antiox. now, that's real cereal (rice, corn, wheat) . now go and read what that box says.... and again, when processed, all vitamins are lost. they call it 'cereal' so moms will trust in this crap and believe they are nutritive for their kids but it's just more junk food.
