  • boring

  • Theres barely any snow!! Theres more on the ground here in Rochester right now and we're fully functioning!

  • COCK alert !!! in your face.

  • I love snow. I am from Canada and love nature.

  • huh she sounds lyk a jewish israeli

  • I think she fell at the end haha x

  • I like how everyones going we get 50000 meters of snow, Remember guys, in England snow is rare. (Y)

  • HOLA PRECIOSA ERES HERMOSA

  • Yea i think the snow will be in month :)

  • Ahh so beautiful... snow falling by night, it has a feel of serenity.

  • Yeah snow looks beautiful - It is all media hype rubbish - there was over a foot [30cm] of powdry snow in some places' because this has been hyped up by the media to the whole world it gives the opportunity for many other countries to have a dig at England - I tell you one thing for sure - there are more embarassing things to have a dig at in our country than the snow! - We do not get much snow due to Gulf - Stream if you knew ur Georgraphy! We are nt the Great Lakes and dnt have special tires!

  • Where is your accent from? Sounds American but not strong so I guess from Ohio or midwest?

  • Her accent is not exactly American, there's French in there too.

  • She's from France :)

  • It's snowing that much now in sunderland... big deal

  • your sad

  • Actually, London is further north than all of Canada's major cities - there is potential for months of snow if global warming destroys the gulf stream - so, sabotage those wind turbines and buy a bigger car LOL:)

  • Thats a dusting where I come from (Massachusetts) but it sure looks like you had fun! Hell, I shovel that off and drive up a mountain to work!

  • London snow was a pleasant surprise but the following 3 days were not very good. The cars were skidding on the streets and people couldnt walk straight. One should be ready for any circumstances as these situatons could be dangerous..

  • Is the snow 3m deep in Stockholm? If so how do people get out of their houses and into the shops? 3m of snow up the walls and windows of shops and houses would make it impossible to get in or out. How does transport move around through 3m of snow? I can't help thinking that you are telling porkys here.

  • There is about 2 m of snow here in Ottawa, Canada. The snow is removed with ploughs, snow-blowers, and good old fashioned shovels. Salt helps too.

  • Well I know people believe that Brits are stupid but when you only get snow in any quantity other than a light dusting once every 15 years, it is not economical to invest in huge numbers of ploughs and blowers which will spend most of their lives standing idle. In those parts of the UK which do have heavy snowfalls most years, machines are in situ. These are the upland areas of Scotland, Wales and the Pennines, all of which are more rural. London seldom sees any snow at all, hence the problems.

  • London should start spending more on snow removal and plows so the city doesnt shut down. Its happening more and more,

  • LOL that was no much snow :S come on in sweden its 3 m snow :P

  • ahh 10cm of snow.

  • no it was 20cm

  • what were you doing outside that time?

  • The whole world is you laughing at UK because of a little snow in London. You should have seen the North Pennines, 14" and we still have most of it 6 days later. The whole world laughs because they will be judging the rest of the country by Londoners standards. The North East wasnt mentioned at national news level.

  • thats because the rest of the UK is not important to anyone other than those sad people who live there

  • The whole world wasnt laughing, ur just bitter towards london cause u didnt get ur big barnet on TV, grow up.

  • Global warming?

  • i hate the ppl who went aroound throwin tht salt everywhere!!! we get snow once or twice a year if were luky and they want it gone as soon as it gets here!! in london this is btw

  • You guys have the same problems we do in the southern U.S. It's odd for us to get that much snow and we have few plows because they are so seldom used. Enjoy the time off.

  • lol. We have a lot more snow here in Finland, and we have no problem with it.

  • Don't worry, even in Scotland we're tutting away at this.

  • In Finland you can expect it every year and invest in a lot of expensive equipment to deal with it. That makes it an economical investment. In Britain this amount of snowfall and in such a short period of time happens at intervals of about 10-15 years. It would not be very econmical to have snow machines standing idle all that time. Heathrow Airport with over 40 snowploughs and blowers could not keep its runways clear, such were the conditions.

  • Yeah, you are right

  • where i was in sth london we had thunder & lightning with heavy snow in the early hours of monday morning and over a foot of snow dumped, Crazy weather but cool....

  • Nice video darling! It was absolutely amazing! Great vid !

  • learn how to use it first kiddo

  • At the end you gasped - I hope you did not slip and fall...

    Enjoy :)

  • Al Gore can take his global warming and put it where......

  • Hi Seen it on the news!! Yet this is a Real life report.. Nice.. We had snow here since Novemer..in ontario canada 6 more weeks of it.. I want to be somewhere warm and Tropical!! Nice to see you happy!!:)- how's your new FLAT?

  • Don't you miss Florida??? :) Honestely Lilou, didnt feel that a sunny place increased your energy? ahh I feel that!! I live in Canada and so much cold hmmm jijiji .. Enjoy it!!

  • How beautiful! I love snow!! It's like everything is white and clean and new.....

What are you doing out that EARLY!!!???@#$%^&*

  • Hey Lilou! If I lived by you.....I would make a snow angel with you lol I love playing!!!! xoox Gypsie

  • Wow. Stay warm. London looked beautiful in that snow.

  • I'm waiting for Al Gore to tell us this snow storm was caused by global warming!

  • I have that much snow in my ears at any given time. But it really does make your city look beautiful!

  • How beautiful! Have fun:)

  • Remember tomorrow is going to be worst than today. if you have to go out and don't have right pair of shoes, just wear socks on your shoes. this will prevent slipping. in North of Iran Snowed over 2 meters high few years ago. people got stock indoor for weeks but had food saved from before. I guess that could be called crisis. but 20 cm of snow completely paralyzing London!? the prime minister having to apologize to his Chinese visitors for the mess in the city. shall we blame the mayor? or ???

  • ice is much more serious than snow. So tomorrow be very careful when you walk on the street.

Hope the road won't be a big ice.

  • Well Punxsutawney Phil did see his shadow today. I wonder if that's a world wide forecast. Only groundhogs would know.

  • i live in nyc and in 2006 we had a big blizzard and got 30 inches of snow it was awesome

  • Awesome. Can't believe a city as big as London is so unprepared though.

  • It isn't just London, virtually all 60 million are unprepared. I you think this London snow was bad then think that the next day the whole country was covered... we are crap at coping in this type of weather lol

  • Well if you are prepared to pay 50% income tax and double your council tax to pay for the hundreds of snowploughs and snowblowers with the manpower needed to operate them to keep London running for a few days during these conditions once every 10-15 years while the machines stand idle for the rest of the time. And compulsory off-street parking so that they have room to do the job. Then you can have it all. Simple isn't it? Multiply that for the whole of the UK.

  • A man with sense, makes a change, all these mongs walking round saying we need snow ploughs they would be the first to moan at the costs for 17 out of 18 years of non snow but all the costs to train people to use them, keep them up to scratch ect, a few days cost to the economy better than idle kit! If some people had a backbone we might be able to get through a day of snow better, anyhow nice to see you had the matter in hand mike118117

  • Thankfully CHICAGO helped prepare you for that sort of weather!! :-)

  • Hey Snow-Angel Lilou!

I can't believe it, either, it's so crazy! Never saw much snow in my 7 years there. My husband's family are in London, too, all out making snowmen. :)

  • im covered in snow i dont think im gonna be able to go school south londons is so cold

  • Its such a change in scenery from your last video :) I think here in Canada we would be in alot of trouble if anything shut down due to snow. We're used to it though and our systems are prepared... well usually :) Take care enjoy the snow day!

  • why the hell you left your house. Should see from your window before leaving....

  • I think it looks great I'm in UK too and think the snow rules.

But unfortunatly I know that some buissness leader or consortium will complain about all the money they didn't make due to this natural problem. Just like they complain that their staff take to much time off due to sickness. lol

  • do i have a place for you! northern new mexico - where i just moved from recently after a decade of winters like that and more! so pretty from indoors and with a fireplace, haha. but the west coast girl in me just had to get out - then lo & behold i moved to a city that gets only a little snow - except the neighborhood i moved to turns out to be the highest elevation in town...must do better research...and life is still beautiful! O-:
