@LaFlacs you can use the OJ from a carton but it has to be organic and pasterized and no other ingredients. its best to use an orange as it is cheaper.

Cold milk are good for cleansing...after washing your face with mild fashwash massage with little honey and wash it off with warm water...it keeps the skin soft

THe point in this is NATURAL. so make sure u use a freshly squeezed lemon.

and to make cucumber juice. slice it, there will be the juice left on the dish u sliced it in. or squeeze the small pieces.

u know wats good for da skin smush and make a avacado paste one week for like 10-15 mins. then the next week get an egg and put little milk in their(so it's easier to apply) and mix it.. keep doing that 1 day of the week and NO MAKE UP EVERY SINGLE DAY.. once is awhile is ok:)

no, after you leave the milk there for 5 minutes, add some chocolate chip cookies and wait until they melt on your face. then get your dog to lick off the milk and cookies. it exfoliates your skin. :)
