An International United Nations Court of the Environment is needed, international corporate environmental crimes should be as answerable as war crimes.
Can't believe it is still going on....unfortunately we have more of the same story (too many, going on for too long!). Hopefully there will be global outrage when the world is reminded of the disaster on the 3rd and shock at how little has changed for those people still suffering as a result of toxic waste.
No company should be able to operate in another country without some kind of contract that holds them accountable for things like this. I find it hard to believe someone has not made some kind of international law to cover this.
Of course we all know that companies operate in areas like this because the people are poor and work for less and companies get away with more than they would in their own countries.
This company should clean up their mess and pay compensation to the victims.

That's the beauty of publicly help corporations, the ethical issues ore not measure in the dividends and hence stock price.
