  • The way he does the exercice at 0:08 is very dangerous for his back! Maybe 100kg is to much to push for him.

  • what is with the technique during the bench press, arching his back...? that mustn't be beneficial at all short and long term

  • I saw just about every shit exercise for running in this vid.

    These guys are good in SPITE or their training.
