Take the additional time to perform the squat slowly and in a controlled manner all the way down, pause for a moment, then slowly and controlled all the way up.   • Thank you Thank you Thank you...My DVD player broke so I was just looking for some thing that I can do every day and stay motivated. Most importantly something that I can remember. The videos have me doing 10 to 15 different steps and with my life style I already have 1,000 and 1 things I have to keep in my head. I really would like my exercises to be kept simple so I am motivated to keep exercising consistently. Once again Thank you your tips are very helpful.

  • well i have time, i just need to find motivation. i'd really like to have a firmer/bigger butt. I'd also like to loose the little pockets of fat on my thighs right below my butt. what r the best workouts for that?

  • it's the middle of the summer an next year I go to middle school I don't have that much but how can I get rid og my body fat before School Starts, I don't want to be made fun of next year!!

  • Don't worry about getting rid of body fat, you're still developing. Instead think about eating healthy, moving and getting sweaty every day -- and the rest will start to take care of itself. Good luck, madiemu101

  • hey in 17 and wieght bout 113...i have a stomach and i hate it...how can i get a flat stomach by the end of the summer..

  • Flat stomachs are really just about a healthy diet, not in excess of what your body needs calorically, some cardio to reduce body fat (3-5 times per week for at least 30 min at a moderate pace) and resistance training for the entire body 2-3 times per week. Crunches won't help if your body fat is relatively high for your frame.
