They've used the "scientist shot behind glass" trick twice already?

Inexplicable fires are inexplicable.

Player criticizing controls before he knows them.

Love how the camera says "Made in Japan", but it probably should say it again in Spanish.

Aug screen looks cartoony.

Player says he wants to read everything, but misses obvious Data Cube.

Don't like the mission waypoint; in DX1 you had to talk to people and learn your environment.

No social interaction.

Pre-rendered = turn-off.

So... you can't find the keys in a help-file.. that probably came with the beta..? And the cutscene production is "only" 1024x768.. so the game is broken. :/

You know, you have an awesome point about how reviews and previews work. But your analysis about game-mechanics, pacing, animation, is... off, at best.

Your whining was making it hard to handle, but You had some points there (I also miss the ability to read every note/book out in the world, and sometimes get awarded with a door code, or bank account details).

@chockn Pilots usually have a pad of paper or sometimes maps in clear pockets on their legs. It's for when they're sitting down they can write something down or reference something quickly. Looks like they took notice and stepped it up a notch in the future by attaching a couple of ipads. It makes perfect sense having it on the suit and it's a pretty clever inclusion on their part, not many people would have thought to include a small detail like that.

One of the first things I usually do is go into the controls menu to find out what I can and can't do, and if I need to re-bind my keys. Taking a couple minutes to do that usually saves some aggravation later on.

@wnnw98 yes that is very true. in case of older games it is a must usualy. but what striked me as very unfortunate. they give you a "tutorial" for moving a crate but they dont tell you that you can zoom. i am confident that these things are fixed for the retail but i found it very inconvenient for a game nowadays to not be more intuitive

@chockn Yeah... the tutorial parts are obviously not finished yet. I'm actually kind of surprised you don't get the same kind of "training mission" like they had in DX1.

all the morons that keep hating: this is a blind playtrough. i havent played it before and therefor i dont know wether the controlsceme is just fucked up and has to be reconfigured manualy or its just not in the game. controls like aiming etc should be intuitive or follow a certain standard. and this standard is the right mouse button.

You also complain about not being able to aim down your sight, maybe you shoukd check your controls. I saw a guy aim normaly on this level on another playthrough.

the game actually looks great, and maybe you should just wait until the actual release before you judge the hell out of it like some 2 year old who needs to be instantly gratified.
