well, the government which runs the schools doesn't care where you end up so long as it's one of three places: College/University (post-secondary brainwashing), Prison, or the Military. So school tends to resemble all three places quite a bit, most notably prison (dictators figured out a long, long time ago that 1% had to be in prison and 1% in the military to properly rule) - I absolutely believe kids would get suspended for dancing. I "got out" in '06 - on good behaviour. ;-)
