I'm an open brony and would love to make a speech like this, though, with my reputation at school as it is (NERDY CLASS CLOWNS UNITE), I doubt many of the people in my class would take me seriously.

What are your thoughts on the fact that MLP is only shown on a preschooler's channel in Canada? Personally I think it should be on YTV or the Family Channel at least so more people are exposed to it. People from all ages check out YTV once in awhile; Treehouse is basically preschoolers only...

You don't need to like it, but there's no reason for you to have to spread your hatred around. If someone who likes it wants to see it, they'll find it. 1) It's recent, meaning easily available in its original form. My favourite childhood cartoon is Digimon Tamers, but it isn't readily accessible with subs and the English dub, while pretty good, played down certain themes.

2) It's unexpected. Spectacular Spider-Man I like too, but it would be more obvious a choice.

3) This a show people would be less willing to give a shot than others, because it's so tempting to judge by its cover. Little point preaching to choirs.
