Cote is a class act. Very active with the fans, great team player, first to show up and last to leave the ice, very dedicated and overall just an outstanding individual and a good kind of guy to have on your team. Yes hes a fighter but hes a great guy as well.

No one fights in the playoffs. Laraques job was probably to go out there and get hatch to do something stupid to take him out of the game and with the flyers already at that point down timmonen and coburn hatcher taking a dumb penalty would have put them in a real bad spot.

hah! "tough" doesnt mean he can kick laraque's ass. i just watched a video of laraque demolishing this kid. sure, he can be tough, but he aint EVER going to beat laraque. plus, georges likes to give props to people cause he's a true sportsman. but laraque can/ and has killed cote in a fight.

Wow you're a total homer, can't even admit that Roy got his ass kicked fair and square. Cote goes to grab his jersey like every other fighter does, Roy tries to pull away and his arm comes out. Roy prepares to swing and takes not one but two lefts to the head. Totally clean fight and Roy totally got his ass kicked, it was even more amusing watching him spaz out on the bench. He acted like that little kid in the neighborhood who gets beat up and then runs to his yard and starts talking crap again

I am a flyers fan and no one will do that to laraque. However, Laraque did say Cote was the toughest fighter pound for pound so it will always be a good fight between them. Flyers in 5!
