This is such a bad movie. Snot nose criminals getting their own command, a villain so dumb that he makes Bevies and Butthead look like Steven Hawking. A teacher sleeping with a student does not tolerate other students cheating on a no win test. The super ship can't take one tinny ship hitting it but can wipe out two armadas; AND Black holes that suck in everything but spits out ships into the past then just disappear. The characters are tipical Hollywood cliché. THIS IS A BAD MOVIE!
they say where no man has gone befor , when they changed it to "where no ONE has boldly gone befor" because of sexist reasons, what my point is i dont know?? o.O
Actually they didn't do it ONLY because of "sexist" reasons. In Start Trek 6 Kirk does say 'where no ONE has gone before" because he just spent the entire movie learning that he shouldn't be prejudiced towards the Klingons. The change was meant to emphasize not just huMAN, but any species.
Good Video . Should Star Trek return with a perhap's a Mini-Series set before the original but featuring the Cast from the new Film , im sure they would probably change the music , or keep the original theme , but give it a different sound , and get rid of that annoying Woman who kinda ruin's the theme for alot of us .
Still im seeing this with Friend's on Saturday so it should be a good film .
When I first saw the new Enterprise I was disappointed but after time I have kind of had a good feeling about it. maybe J.J. Abrams is right after all the shape and main design need to stay the same but somewhat modernized I do sort of like it it looks right from the top and I like how you can see the matter in the exposed engine nacelles but their not over done like on Excelsior I apologize for some of my negative postings I think J.J. may be right on this design.
They make the enterprise look gargantuan in that trailer. And by they, I mean the creators of the movie, not the person who posted this. The Constitution class wasn't THAT big...
