I could throw out any number of periodicals to substantiate something, the House has never made any such assertion non-politically. The thing is, you really have no smoking gun because had there been one from the beginning, it would have been all over the place plastered all over the media. You haven't lived in Iraq or done anything remotely related to the war that would give you authority. But I traveled overseas, from Europe to Alaska, on my own time and with my own money. In these countries that we are "liberating," many of their citizens consider us to be the terrorists. How do you really define terrorism? yes the attacks and bombings on 9/11 were horrifying, and they killed many innocent American civilians, but in response we went in and bombed, shot, and killed way more innocent civilians of another nation. I don't think that is setting a very good example, and quite frankly it is very hypocritical. Is more war really the answer?
