Does anyone know if in the final part of this number Reinking did flying leaps, small hops, or something else entirely?

@mattsylvanian I would assume so. I know traditionally this number is supposed to include more dancing/leaps than most. That is why Reinking is wearing special shoes for this number rather than the heels she wears for most of the other acts.

Awesome number and terrifically performed. I think this version is superior and more true to the 20's period than the original performed by Gwen Verdon ( tho she was incredible in this role which she originated). I know Ann Reinking replaced Verdon left, but am not sure if the tempo and choreography were changed then or if Reinking made the changes in the revival. If she made the changes, I'm stunned - she really nailed the Fosse style and few have done that with much success.
