Homemade spaghetti and meatballs! One quarter pound veal, One pound beef and pork! Combine these 3 meats with 1 tsp garlic, half cup of Italian bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 1 tsp seasoned salt, one half teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, one medium chopped onion, form meatballs into golf ball size!
In crockpot add 2 large cans tomato sauce and one large can puree! Fry meatballs in olive oill and once browned, pour into crock. Fresh tomatoes can be used!
This not only looks like a great meal for your family and/or guests, but the best part of this is that it's so simple. Man, if my wife didn't already take out the cornish hen to defrost, I would be making this tonight. Thanks for sharing.
Food looks great the only problem is iam now very hungry and it's a little to late to eat.I love to cook for my wife she's the best so that only means one thing i'll have to try one of your dishes.
Good recipes. All things I would eat, and not made with ridiculously expensive ingredients. If I had to get nit-picky, since you asked, the table setting was a little off for the food being eaten. It didn't say "spring or summer food" to me, it said more "formal dinner party". Also, I'd have to agree with Wikedd about the girl. She appears to be reading from a teleprompter, as if there isn't a independent thought pattern there. Aside from those negligible short-comings, it was great. Thumbs up.
since you ask: i think your recipes are fine. but there's something so actressy about the chicks you have presenting them and they all sound like they're reading cue cards. there's a reason lyida bastianich's show is so successful. lydia is clearly an expert but she's also extremely charismatic and everything she does is natural, graceful and stylish. these women don't seem like they love cooking so much as being in front of a camera. the chefs on america's test kitchen are good too.
I would throw portion control out the window with this meal , becuase I'd be so infatuated with the flavors. I could be completely full, and I'd still take a slice of that desert just too taste it. I think had a ,"Foodgasm" in my mouth! Realy wish I cooked this yesterday for my birth day instead of eating out.
very nice.. more intrigue!! also. when will everyone stop hitting the edge of glass bowls with metal utensils? keep up the good work. the pie is totally fab.. the rest is just average very forgettable.
That sounds like a great ham but never use cheep table syrup, the real stuff is heather and tastes so much better. Also put some of that syrup in the mashed potatoes too.
That looks good.... the dessert
