Wow!!! This was filmed on the Lower East Side of Manhattan......I was there....LEE who is an amazing artist and is from the Smith Projects was the lead in the movie he spray painted the background for the musical part. That was filmed on the East River Drive what we call the Anthie Theather.(only the arch is still standing) Why so much speculation???Just ask instead of BSING....Down by law....They played that record for 7 hours.....
