Allow me to make something very clear, as someone who lives in Canada and has encountered moose first hand. Please do not try and get close to one in the wild. This moose was calm and nice but few are that way. Anyone who blatantly tries to get close to a wild moose like the above video is fool hearty.

Here in Finland i've met few wild animals that have been curious to approach me. For example usually when I visit the northern part of our country i meet some animals that are careful but possible to approach like: lynxes, moose, reindeer, wolves, badgers and snow foxes. This moose though is special

Lived in maine for 3 years, visited a wilderness outpost building before going for a hike one day and saw a picture put up inside (amongst many) of a child standing next to a fair sized moose.
