I love it when D'Argo tounges John at 6:43 and John lauges and says "You bastard," before falling in the water. It seems John has some sort of slight resistance to the toxin that D'Argo's tounge secretes, because most if not every other character he's knocked out with his tounge he did so with an instantaneous effect, where it sometimes takes John a second or two to conk out.

You're right, he's more than likely used to it, but if you look closely at the Premiere episode when he gets tounged for the first time he had just enough time to turn around and look at D'Argo before he falls.
