about the loaning, what are the means at your disposition to make sure the guy pay his loan back? The bank can legally get your house, but what about the individual loaner? He uses a baseball bat or something?

Basically they're partnered up with Credit Bureau Hudson Valley, Inc. (a credit collection agency) to do the baseball battin' for you if it gets to that point. That doesn't mean you can't do it yourself though. :D They also do the same screening a bank would do before issuing a loan (I wasn't aware of that before shooting the video :P .) You need a credit score of over 640 to be eligible. Marc is already lending money on the site!
