I don't think they are the only TRUE house artists on the scene. House usual make up has a chill vibe to it, not a lot of arbitrary sounds or robotic voices, includes natural sounding high hats/horns/voices/drums. Justice is electronic or indie dance as I've heard it. Daft Punk is indie dance/nu disco. So Daft Punk didn't bring back house but they created their own sound through those elements and its really amazing. I love both groups dearly.
