This is definitely one of the best things I ever ate. Easy to make. Fresh blueberries and this recipe are unbeatable combination. I made it with 2 pints of blueberries in 2 small souffle dishes. Baked for 12 minutes. Wound up with enough for 4 servings and 4 extra small biscuits that will be great with coffee in the morning. Absolutely positively wonderful. Thanks for the recipe.
This is an amazing recipe, its an easy summer crowd pleaser but sometimes I over work the drop biscuit batter. Its the only mistake you can make with this recipe but It still tastes great even if you screw up.
This recipe is FABULOUS!!! It's the best cobbler I have ever tasted!! I have made it for several people and they all LOVE it!!! Not overly sweet, but delicious!!!!
finally, an educated (or at least intelligently presented) tv chef. nothing makes me less interested in other people's culinary tactics than blatantly assumed and untested formulas. Great Job. However, this is almost as Northern as Cobbler gets, so the info box is slighty askew
Americas Test Kitchen culinary artist test the dish over and over agian. They put alot of work into testing for our entertainment and knowledge:) I want to be a culinary artist.:)
This is killer! I made this with nectarines from our tree and used demara sugar w/ cinnamon for the topping for extra crunch. I wouldn't turn the oven up to 425 for the biscuits as it gets too dark as you can see in the vid. I did this once & it also got too dark. A bit lower was better.

not even i'm from the south and this is pretty southerny

Bodacious -- You are so correct. If it were a southern recipe it would require a cup of cinnamon...not a pinch.
