It was offside!!! Cardozo doesn't touch the ball but he tryed to do it with the head. Doesn't matter if he touchs or not he ball, he is part of the play! By rules, that is offside.

I rooted for paraguay however If you look at the man to make the first attempt at the shot, he tries to header it, now HE was offsides because although he didnt make contact, he was involved in the play, so although the man to score wasnt, the first attempter to score was offsides, the call is very unfortunate but it is correct.
