so question for people that do belly dance do you have to be a natural at all those isolations or can that be learned

@annily12 - I think she has a lot of natural talent for dance, but the individual moves and isolation have to be learned, and practised many, many times in order to become proficient. I used to be a terrible dancer, but after learning bellydance I have been told I'm quite good - I think pretty much anyone can learn isolations as long as they stick at it and don't give up

Well, I have seen a lot of belly dancers. I do some moves myself. It keeps your body fit and toned. But Sadie is the best of the best. She the Queen of belly dance. I have tried a move from this video (0:50 to 0:58). When she does the eights and left to right moves, and goes down slowly and up, and turning about 180 degrees. It took me 2 weeks to achieve this. You should try this move. It is so exhausting! But your legs will get toned. Try it, and give me some news.
