I do have to say that I think it was pretty much on beat the whole time. It might have been nice to hear the other parts of the song without the drum in it and just listen to you play the drum part with the other parts audible as well. @slimshadyrapsohdy It's very easy. All I do is listen to the song for a little while, then play what I feel like should be in the song back on drums. Fine tune it, and then record it. It took about three days for me to get the parts to "Hero" down...my most difficult pieces to date have been "Carol of the Bells" by August Burns Red and "Nightmare" by Avenged Sevenfold ('cause Mike Portnoy is a fucking GOD on drums), those took a week or two. Once you get the hang of it, it's cake. Keep rocking!

@MashTaterProduction DO NOT GET A WU-HAN. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. A bunch of my friends use Wu-Han and they honestly sound like you're hitting a garbage can lid. If you can, any of the major brands (Sabian, Zildjian, Paiste, TRX, Alesis, etc.) usually have decent sounding cymbals for a good price. My Zildjian ZHT China was around $180 and it finally gave out just recently, five years after I got it. It's a great cymbal. I'd definitely buy another one if I could.
