It is Sound Ideas - Sound Generals Series 6000, Disc # 6038, Track 97 "POLICE RADIO CALL".

Sound engineers often license Sound Ideas libraries so they can do their job. Lots of familiar sounds are in these libraries. Doom sounds originated mostly from the series 6000 for example.

Dude!!!! I had that spiderman cartoonmaker!!! And I actually just watched the movie The Town (eh) and heard that code so I googled it. ALWAYS recognize it in movies,shows ect. I remember being 9 and for the first time hearing it in a movie thinking, HEY that's from the spider man thing! Dang. Well I'm 24 now.... And still no one knows what that code means... No one... My brother and I would spend hours on that thing making fucked up scenarios lol But I've always wondered why so many obscure movies and games use that clip... it almost seems like an inside shtick among film makers and game designers.. out of all the royalty free clips they could be using, why that one?
