Here in the U.S., blacks are now elite citizens. They have their own TV network (BET), the NAACP, Black History Month, Black Music Month, Black Coaches Association, Ebony Magazine, and many other organizations and such that Caucasians are not allowed to counter with their own ... lest they be branded as "racist."
And even though they're now elite citizens, one still hears endlessly on TV talk shows and newspaper editorials about how they're supposedly not getting a fair shake in this society!!

Only their people and other minorities are allowed to congregate together. 1965 handed the US federal government to them.
