Scroll over to the map and hit A or X (ps3)

If you been to the area you should be able to fast travel (if you never been there then you can not go there like this and you will have to walk)

oh fucking eh how did you get past the first oblivion door cuz i was 6 when i did it and i found it hard

Well its easy for lv 1 because oblivion changes based on your level the things shown are low lvs that a lv 1 can kill

Thats kinda it (and I played to much oblivion)
