Usopp is suppose to be one of the weakest characters in this show. We all know for a fact that that "Ten Ton Hammer" is actually a balloon used to freak his opponents out, right?

If that's the case, then how in the Hell did he manage to knock out Mr. 4?! There's no way that a balloon could be heavy enough to knock somebody out, especially considering the fact that they were kicking his butt in the first place!

@Nani17CR7 Clearly you know nothing about one piece. Chopper is part reindeer part human and has the ability to change his appearance between various combinations of the two. Most of the time he is a very small humanoid character with antlers who is about 2 feet tall he just happens to be in his more human form at the moment so the voice does suit his character despite his appearance in this video.

@Nani17CR7 Making you feel bad was never a goal. My point is just that when a characters natural form is a tiny child sized form that the voice matches. It has nothing to do with being a part human part reindeer. It has to do with the fact that his natural form is the size of a child. If his normal form was the size of a grown man I would agree the voice doesn't match but when the form is approximately that of an 6 year old the voice matches perfectly.
