@thompsonong they do that,one of the reason is to reduce congestion,at least people have two routes to go to habourfont,short route and long route

Transport Minister Mr Raymond Lim said that IN THE 4TH QUARTER,THE LAST STAGE OF THE CIRCLE WILL OPEN.

NO STAGE 6,STAGE 6 IS THE EXTENSION FROM PROMENADE TO MARINA BAY.
