Part 4.The social services are doing this to control their income, as by having case conferences, etc they receive money back into the council for such things, they also gain considerable amounts for fostering out and adopting children but to help a mother on a temporary issue in the home, for the welfare of the child they stand to loose..

Part 3 but for years now they have been side tracking helping families in homes for what is a "natural temporary development in children" to go in favour of fostering and adoption straight away, the plans are made before court and a judge just rubberstamps it.
