Spider Man top 10? If Spidey was the 10th strongest super hero no one would have a chance against him. His speed, agility and spider sense, and then if you gave him the strength to be in the top 10 hero's he would kill everyone else on the list. Hulk is an odd one, he could be off the list all together up to number 1 depending on how you measure. His standing strength at rest is not at the tops of the power scale, a lot of fights have him getting outclassed early on, but after hes getting mad for a bit, he got no known upper limit.

I know this is opinion only, but... how can Captain Marvel who only has as EVEN YOU QUOTE, "The Strength of Hercules" place higher not only than the one he is said to have the strength of but one who is even higher than him? How can you only have the Strength of Hercules and yet be stronger than Hercules and even someone stronger than he?
Furthermore: Hercules was a demi-god. Half god/half mortal. He wasn't just a man. He also burned off his mortal side and became full god at one point.

Superman at #5 really??? Superman IS the strongest, at base power level he can move planets, shatter the boundries of space time and hold mini black holes in his hand for God sake. Hulk has NEVER shown strength feats on par with Superman. Oh and the old Hulk gets stronger the angrier he gets is a flawed argument. There is no such thing as infinite anger so Hulk has a limit. Also Superman is solar powered, if he needed more he takes a sun bath and his powers (strength included) goes up.

Wherever you rank Thor, Beta Ray Bill should be at least tied for. And considering he fought Thor to a stand still/double KO twice *before* receiving Stormbreaker, he is likely one step ahead.
Hulk is an odd one, he could be off the list all together up to number 1 depending on how you measure. His standing strength at rest is not at the tops of the power scale, a lot of fights have him getting outclassed early on, but after hes getting mad for a bit, he got no known upper limit.
