  • everytime i watch this video, i find comfort that even though im just an average player, im not a bad as the shit going on here!! was this the first time you picked up a bat? i could do better multiball blindfolded tied to a chair!

  • wow. fail.

    nuffsed

  • his stance already tells you hes ganna fail and especially when hes going for the high smash and stands right up ... i mean comeon the coach need to fix his eyesight ... THIS KID CANT DO THAT ....!!!!!!!!!!!

  • quite bad

  • haha epic fail

  • i'm feeling a little bit better tt player after watching this ;) you have to improve your technique and footwork to do this properly...

  • start slow and get your techniqu and footwork e right before trying drills like these.. it will make you worse as player not better.

  • you are not stable yet, i am 12 and i can beat you...

  • you are fucking terrible... i've seen 5 year olds have better footwork and strokes than u god dam.

    give up pls

  • The Chinese kids could whoop his ass!!!

  • don't stand so upright, look at Timo Boll or Ma Lin; their heads are higher than the net.

  • hes trying to kill everything, just let it roll

  • wow, the comments on here are harsh...

  • is it normal for people to throw their bat like his coach did?

this is out of topic, but ill never throw my bat. :)

  • I'm feel sorry for 2 guy in this video as 1 of them is fee the ball and the other 1 is keeping the ball.

  • loooooool a beginner would be better...

  • thazs no inense training.thats noob level

  • I dont like it. Learn how to hold a racket and catch balls. You're hopeless

  • Be faster, wait for the ball and move a step back when making a backhand stroke (basic cttr table tennis lession 45).

  • How do u miss a basic topspin stroke when your trainer doesnt even put spin on the ball?

    Its beyond me

  • The only thing that is intense about this, is the pants on your man.

  • chill out kids just cuz normal people arent asian ping pong worshipers

  • @RetardedMammal You're a complete fucking moron.

  • FAIL!!!

  • panga!

  • Maybe you should try chess or something like that.

  • man all you guys talking shit.. this guy is at least better than ur cousin that you play at family parties.

  • im sory but you suck at ping pong try another sport

  • this drill is way too hard for him

  • im sorry... little 4 year old asian girls in china could beat you...

  • I don't agree with the intense in the title, in HK, they don't wait till the ball comes back, in some cases, they don't even wait till you touch the ball before they send the next one

  • he is very bad :S

  • how on earth he could miss the last (HIGH) ball???

    stupidity,

i am 92' and train (only) year and half and i could hit 70 percent of the shots and his score is about 40 percent success...

    that is bad,dude!!!

    u should train harder!!!

  • Keep training hard and you will achieve your goal

  • he's not exactly bad but i think you should of waited until he could hit the table almost every time.

  • i say he is between beginner and intermediate

  • actually i take that back

  • I'd say he is a solid beginner. Foot work is not there, loop has not developed. Bad form for slams.

  • Learn to play table tennis! Hit the table and not on you side of the table!! Useless!

  • you....are....fucking.....USELESS!

  • well itss not really good is it???

  • bend your back!! once u r in a rally it is dead straight.

  • down with your knees MAN !

  • bad not good at all

  • omg.....are they taking this seriously foreal.....

  • good coach...bad aprendice....more serious work is needed for a real table tennis like as sport!

  • He doesn't need to work on his backhand, just move to hit it with his forehand.

  • heres an idea try making the ball hit the table

  • I've been playing table tennis for about 4 or 5 months now I have a great block and a decent forehand but my backhand is completely useless :(

  • I see youre learning man keep it up

  • AHAHAHAH

  • one hell of a lazy player with no footwork at all and a dead backhand

  • I definitely agree, his posture just tells it all. This drill is way too advanced for him.

  • @Diuable i agree too

  • Is this intense ???

  • work on that backhand ..its lacking

  • More like the opposite of intense...

  • It's almost like he's not expecting that 3rd ball to his backhand...

  • o my god.....too bad man.....

  • nice racket. i wanna know, how do u get that sound ? ^^'

  • There's a type of glue you put on the Rubbers to make the ball spin more, It's probably whats making it sound like that.

  • Speed glue make sound & speed. He got that!

The new legal rubbers with legal glue don't get that sound.. Maybe one.. The Nimbus Sound from Tibhar. Special rubber what makes a cool sound with build-in speed glue effect.

  • 0 legs movement.

    0 backhand skills.

    o0'

  • that man is incredibly slow he gotta be more active on his legs or he'll be late on all balls

  • this players is veeery slow ¬¬...0 LEGS XD

  • i beat you with my wrong hand

  • I beat him with wrong hand..... without a racket..

  • Powned :P

  • haha, bad player ! VERY BAD !

  • the camera man gives me headache.

  • give him a break its pretty decent, hes not playing for the gold medal in the olympics. but consistency needs work though, backhand especially

  • thats not fucking intense ur like 1400

  • no offence, i beat u easy with 3 zero ;)

  • Lool I met these guys in Düsseldorf 2004. The crazy camera man was called "Daran" or so an the Chinese "Noah", but I forgot the name of the third whos practising there.

  • omg jaka ciota omg wtf

  • HBABE FEKIDBGVSDD

  • well i guess that he has to be able to recover better after a shot to be ready for the next shot.

  • Very Bad PLayer..

  • its alright just inconsistency and need better more fluid footwork and work on backhand. once you got that be a pretty good player. the footwork like in all sports is one of the most important part. it allows for balance and will allow good form for forhand and backhand.

  • U call that intense? Holy Christ!!.. I'm not a pro-player but he's so slow n his forehand, backhand n foot works r not good at all..

  • yeah bad form

  • that one ball at the center of the table on the floor on the near side annoyed me the whole vid lol

  • yeah pingo pong is cool.

  • ya its not intense but hes still an amazing pingo pong player give him some credit

  • intense this is like pussy training

  • Don't bag on this guy, he's not that bad

  • what no back hand? lame

  • Wow what a useless skill. Fuckin Christ humanity is fuckin screwed.

  • explain a useful skill....

  • damn..i would like to play a match with you hahaha

  • How constructive to the evolution of our species. Keep up the good work.

  • did your friend record this video purely because he hated you that much he wanted to humiliate you totally on this website? haha

  • Who is the trainer? Jens Stoetzel ?

  • ste sraci ja bych ti to ukazal jak se to hraje hnupe

  • haha:P det sämsta i pingisväg jag sett

  • pretty good video but it will be better if ur feet moves more

  • Lol, my coach looks like Kan Yo, and he hardly moves. He broke his leg one time and he still made us rune like crap.

  • well im not an expert but that lookd good to me :)

  • footwork 2/5 forhand 3.5/5 backhand 2/5 cut 2/5

  • haha i know that the exercise is probably hard and all..........but u properly suck at it!!!

  • that quite a tricky exercise at the beginning, go back to basic man your making it too hard for yourself. If you are not at a great level u need to improve your shots BIG TIME before trying something like that. Practice your backhand it looks worse than mine and thats saying something! Put it up the line then across court you need control. PLus your footwrok is shocking

  • thansk for the vote of confidence, your praise fills me with joy

  • You really should work for a better (deeper) stance and footwork. Next thing is your technique, but this is not your weakest point at the moment.

  • I liked seeing the training but learn too move your knees and legs you playing like a robot bad coach

  • the coach seems pro as. cause his go an awsome accent :)lol

  • wtf is this? intense training my ass!!! lame footwork and a handicap style forhand smash.....plz rename the title of the vid otherwise u jus get cussed xD

  • thats not intense training.. at apparently this guys just learning for fun and should def not be thinking about competing in any real tournys... he's what? 22 yrs old... rating of an eight year old? 1200-1350...lol

  • do you guys know a place in ny city in manhattan where they teach ping pong. i want to learn... looks fun

  • Look up online Badassmofos, New york city... the china man named Wayne Chin, teaches at FIT... he also plays at the club i belong to in westifled new jersey. try to contact him. if anything, try to find a way to jersey's westfield club. david zhuang teaches there. so does lily yip and barry dattel. all very good players and experienced in coaching.

  • stop table tennis !!!

  • u just suck..... first step is how to hold a racket... u still haven't learned that yet... and that coach also sucks he can't do multi ball... and DON"T say that the guy in the clip is ur mate cuz, Chinese pple never say mate... so its ok if ur bad player and have ugly style and no footwork, but don't tag it as " Intense Table Tennis Training " alright?!?!?!!? U haven't seen intense training yet!

  • u r a loser mate!

  • FH sucks no BH no Footwork . Doesn't know how to hold a racket.

  • im sure I can beat this guy with my cell phone lol. Hey but at least he is trying to get better!

  • lol

  • this guy has no backhand..but he's got a really good forehand

  • I wish the trainer could train me!

  • this guy's a slapper he does topspin but thats like every 1 or 2 balls he gives topspin the rest is kind of a slap

  • You are right. When he goes to slam the high lob at the end he just slaps it. I hate it when people do that. It is pure slop.

  • u get he's fluky he need's to train agaisnt chopping so he can spin

  • Haha ouch this actually hurts my eyes.............Really it does! but then again i guess it is good to see disabled people trying out our sport! (Y) LOL

  • OMG Man, you must be retarded, since it's hurting your eyes and all, are you sure your not looking at the sun again?

  • this is not intense

  • very bad

  • you got to work your foots

  • see your foots man....specialy the last hit.

  • Nice coach you have, you should train more your displacement and you drive as well. Keep up!!

  • thin legs go running sometime but nice intense training aaaAAAAAIIIIIiiiiYA!!!

  • c'est qui ce pourri la ? OO

  • I really liked the way you play your topspin loop. It is an indispensable shot against cutters/choppers. One tip I would like to give you is : In the first ball pickup, what you do is recieve the ball with a cut. Thats ok but you mostly cut to the center of the table. That allows the person to then loop or top spin the ball. A better idea would be to use the sides or take the ball late and use a forehand flip shot

  • Listen, the multi ball practice is very very good but the only way you will benefit is if you apply yourself. You need to stay down in a crouched position always, keep your weight on your thighs and stay forward. You have a pretty good forehand but if you stay down and forward, it will become very effective..

  • lol. when i saw the hall i thinked you play very good. but this is not so!

  • lol, I'm an E4 and my technique is even better :)

  • This is good training. And during the video one can see some nice development (in footwork and smoothness). So rock on, guy!

And here the most important of all hints: Your technique is developing properly.

But your shot is a bit soft sometimes. So I advice you strongly to develop your killer instinct. Get some raw meat and stuff...start snarling.

    ;)

    (kidding)

seriously: for a strong shot it´s a good thing to get compact before you explode.

  • Thx for posting but I think that you should move your body more and stay lower because you are tall. Other that I think it was really cool vid.

  • I would like to ask a question to those who've applied negative comments. Would you expose your own training?. Probably not. At least those who do are willing to submit themselves to correction.

  • hahaha its funny because the trainer is german

  • ND why is that funny:S?

  • Consistancy is always the killer. Also remember to bounce back in neutral after you hit each ball. Slam those high ones harder.

  • haha, your footwork is similar to mine.. my coach had allot of nickname for me.. he called my legs trunks and so on^^

  • eww his foot work sucks

  • Horrible

  • i play wit my dad do better footwork tho

  • piss off u gimp, if ur not gonno say anything pspotive dont bother saying anything at all

  • well no one said anything positive (pspotive in your language) so far since 10 months' comments. and im no exception..

  • Work on your control and footwork. Improve your backhand. When your trainning in the multiball, you must be focused 100% on what your doing. Good luck.

  • damn!!!!!!!!

i always thinked i have a bad footwork but yours is reaaaally much bader then mine

    OMG

  • "thinked""bader"? well at least you tried to use english.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA nice english!

  • this guy sucks balls

  • you have bad foot work!!!!!

  • omg dont slam the paddle let ur hand stratch and let it flow. dont control the paddle. instead be the padle itself. be like pingpong ball if u like.

  • Shut up the bloodey lot of yewh

  • Dude, you're hopeless, and that coach you're paying $20 / hour knows it.

  • Noob?!

  • if you wasnt so tired... you are very duck...

  • Man, you are so bad! You have to train footwork!

The difference is so great between you and the chinese pingpongball trainingvideos XD.

    LOL...

  • wow....i need such training to excel...this incredible!!

  • is your coach speaking in german ..cuz for once i heard he said "dont cross your ass"lol aand lmao at 00:46

  • i loev your foot work its just too great and funny.

  • ur controll isnt that good but good shots there..and u chop too high ..

  • Ok Whoever it is on the video - you should focus more on your foot work and the position you are in when hitting...the legs should be bent , like springs. You cant do much on straight legs. And the backhand topspin needs some more work :P

    good luck

  • You must work on your positioning and balance. Forget the multiball until your single skills are much better or you'll waste time developing bad habits. Keep that racket in front and your feet in the 11 and 3 times (on the clock)

  • u seriously need to learn back from the basics ur movements are all wrong..

  • dude, im pretty good a TT but i've never been trained, ne one know where i can go for trainin like this and how much it will cost
