I lived in FL for a while. I have very fair skin. I weent to the beach and even with 45spf and reaplying it, I got burned bad. I had huge blisters all over my back. I couldnt sleep so I would sit up on the computer all night and I could feel them popping on their own. They looks a bit like egg yolk.....

I'm 11 and I got a REALLY BAD sunburn on my back it was like that for about one or two weeks my mom said my sister and I were lucky we didn't get skin cancer, they were really bad burns but not bad enough to get skin cancer thank goodness. :)

I think i should be on here after what happened to me 2 months ago. My skin was pure white, and after the sunburn it was dark brown. Also, my skin took about 8 weeks to fully heal, and my skin is now a tannish brown also, i was in the ER for 6 hours, and they said it was the worst sunburn they had ever seen, and they said i was worse then some of the burn victims from fires. Im pretty sure i might have skin cancer now. My entire body besides my legs (thank God) was literally burnt to a crisp.

I'm Asian and we get sunburns too! But what's really ironic in my country is that. Having lighter skin is meant to be "beautiful" but here in America they want darker skin.

Okay I was watching to see if anybody got what I had. I went on vacation. wore spf 70... and missed the one section of my boob. Opps. Actually big opps. I got a 3rd degree burn from the sun. It went through my skin and made me bleed...Nooo It was beyond blisters. Now I have a scar. And I need it to get looked at incase it becomes cancerous. Seriously don't joke around with sunburn.
