here are two tips on how to get the harmonics to sound right:
1) play with the back pickup open all the way and with your hand as close to the bridge as possible.
2) boost up the midrange. the harmonics pops out when the mid range is up.

Well to get the exact harmonics is sometimes difficult...nice done man!

In the first "section," the first five raked harmonics were all right. But out of the next five harmonics a few were wrong. The node points should be G[5], D[4], D[5], G[7], D[7] (meaning you would have the notes G, F#, D, D, A.)

My amp, here is just an Ibanez 35 watts. but I used a compressors with chorus and reverb with an Fender amp simulator.
