Click hide flashing rectangle when recording, that'll make the box that says "flashing" disappear.

do you have any videos on saving the video, like whether to use .avi or .swf? how do i save a camstudio video to a .wmv file?

Also, do i use avi when emailing a video, or using .swf for loading to a website?
