But getting back to point of the matter is that THIS area is predominantly Black. and crime and drugs in this area run rampant. and if you take a look at any large city in america. Obviously being poor doesn't always equate to doing drugs but I'm pretty certain lack of education allows you to come to conclusions like that as well as racist ones. There do exist upper class black neighborhoods (defined majority blacks making over 100k) and crime is low or non existent. So your racism prevents you from factoring in education and income being the only true factor in crime.
