Neither the lighting is adequate nor are there close-ups showing the end result of the blending job illustrated here. What is also obvious is the backside is out of balance. Specifically the right side diagonal decent is cut inwards further than the left side as both sides decend to the horizontal (C-axis) bottom. In other words, the backside has been cut asymetrical.

@kaszap I prefer cutting on "dirtier" hair personally, meaning, washed hair with a little product in it, usually a texturizing lotion, it gives me more control. Some stylists like to cut on clean hair. Its personal preference. I've seen stylists use gel before, it allowes you to get really straight precise lines.

Asian/Arabic Barbers are better by far....this man looks nervous...to achieve perfection with the border/hairline a cut-throat is a must. I have found VERY good Iranian, Kurdish and Turkish Barbers...that's is my opinion anyway!
