She's very talented, but it's not my favorite choreography.

The dance starts out with loud extensions that completely take away from the mood of the song. The rest of the dance isn't much better, to be honest.

Not saying she isn't a good dancer!

I mean she's good. She is definitely committed although her emotion seems a bit contrived. She's also a little stiff in the hands, what I like to call epic "cheeseburger hands." But other than that she's great. I'm sure, too, that since she's now in college and looks back at these videos she realizes the same things. Those faults are usually corrected as we age!

Marissa, I think this kind of dance needs to be brought back instead all this rolling on the floor, spazzy dancing, wailing their arms and legs, overly dramic crap everyone is doing. This shows years of training, talent, flexiablity, turnout, extensions. Love this dance!

The technique is definitely there, though she needs to work on her feet a bit and not hop in her turns. I kinda feel bad though because I think her talent was wasted with choreography that looks like it came from last decade. The movements didn't flow and it seemed like she was just going from one trick to another. And the full on step-prep before every turn? So anti-climatic! It was predictable, and when I'm watching a dance I don't want to know what comes next. That's not her fault though...
