If it was a secret, why would the US government strike a proof example? Granted, patterns have often been struck as proofs, but they were stuck as proofs intended for collectors and were no secret. Proofs are minted for coin collectors. Business strikes are minted for commerce. If this is supposively a huge conspiracy, why would the Mint produce a special Amero for collectors? Wouldn't collectors have to be aware of it to justify the production of a proof?

I cannot answer yours, but I have questions too.... explain to me how you know that this coin is a proof... and the other identical coins you can find images of on the internet. Who made the mint? and how/why did this person spread the mint? Did you notice how the fields of the coin are reflective like a mirror and how the fields (recessed areas) appear darker than the relief (design)? This is a proof coin. Normal coins don't look like mirrors and have the same surface texture for both the fields and relief. The US mint makes proof coins for coin collectors every year at a premium price. Daniel Carr strikes his own tokens for token collectors. Just like coin collectors, there are token collectors. Do a search on Daniel Carr.

He strikes amusing tokens from his own miniature home-made mint and sells them to token collectors who want them for novelty value. It is perfectly legal as he is striking tokens that do not resemble real money and has no intent to deceive anyone. He is providing a product to token collectors and having some fun at the same time.

I can only type so much in this limited space. My only statement was that this is a proof coin and not a business strike intended for circulation. This video is not enough to prove the Amero Dollar is already being struck by the US government. It does not prove US has intentions of minting Amero Dollars and it does not prove the US government doesn't have intentions to produce Amero Dollars. The governmetnt may very well intend to mint them, but this video is not enough proof.

but as someone who loves information, i disagree with that, Wikipedia has more checkers than YouTube. if you try to make a wikipedia page you have to cite everything on there, (trust me, i tried to make a wiki of myself) if you don't cite what yo put, it is removed, if you edit any page and it's not yours, they undo it. only the person with an account and the creator e-mail can change things, and then, it still has to go through the citation check.
