under construction. I've beaten the bonus on every level.

Sometimes there's no bonus score, but you instead have to do specific tasks, like knock the wall down without using a specific item, or you need a specific score from 1 hit.

Read the dialogue carefully to make sure you've actually done the task.

Also, this is a demo so it may just be that they aren't available.

I have a screenshot of his page (his username is "captainkaelin") with the rating history. You can still see it now.

He also has a fake account called "TheFakeacount" funnily enough.

I'd previously blocked him for spamming my oe-cake videos as well as a ton of others.

That's a black brick along the bottom which separates the wall from the ground. They don't get counted for obvious reasons.
