Can you tell me how to put all winds at 0 speed? I mean, How to turn wind off in weather?

@Hdvideosmaker Equpiment --> Global weather , then in METAR source choose " Disabled ", under Boundary ( All elevations ft - agl ), you have the wind direction and speed, change the number on the right (kt) to 0.
