Hi alot of the major bowling lanes have an event called "Midnight Madness" where they turn down the lights and turn on big disco balls lol, and it is geared toward people who are bowling more for signifigant others then bowling for strikes and spares. I have witnessed a whole lot of huggin and smoochin at these events so maybe the Midnight Madness thingies in your area might be something you want to investigate. Good luck in your search.
you should try nascar events because its a ton of single guys and there buddies hanging out .....
