You cant say the biker was a bully when you dont know the whole story. That car driver could have been driving like a complete twat and nearlly killed the biker which is why he retaliated.

Maybe the bikers were driving like assholes which is very common, I saw 2 bikes today driving 90-100mph and passing people on the outside shoulder of the highway. maybe they cut him off and he did the same to them, or maybe it was his fault.
