The m3's best advantage is to go from a roll which negates the slicks and skinnies setup on the vette and it still walked away from the m3.

Finally have you heard of LEMANS genius?? its were the worlds top cars compete for bragging rights. last time i checked Aston Marton, Nissan GTR Ferrari and Corvette were the only ones competing on those highly difficult race tracks rain sleet or snow and their isnt a bmw even in the runnings that should let you know that the corvette is the far superior car to an M3.,

@kingofsoulglo I love Corvette's as I am an owner, but also as an ALMS fan that post is offensive. Corvette is now bumped down into GT2 class with the M3, Jaguar, Ferrari, Porsche, Ford GT... Did I miss any? But anyway, the M3, in that world, is highly competitive with the heavily restricted Corvettes. In real life, obviously, the Z06 is superior to the M3 in every way when both are in stock form.

This one isnt anymore because of its drag setup but I track my Z every year, and so do most of the other instructors at Road America. My 2001 Z06 walks all over brand new 2011 M3s on the track all day. I love M3s too, but you need to change your opinion of vettes being just for strait line performance. You are wrong.
