Weird Eye put the original instrumental on his soundcloud but it's not for download and has a bunch of drops on it anyways so people don't steal. That means the only way to hear the original beat is with the rapper over it, and it would be very difficult to remove Earl's voice from the original without messing the beat up. Short version: no.
