Don't be fooled by this apology. Sally again trashed Palin today. She thinks men and women are different and if you have 5 kids you can't be VP. Didn't we settle this question in the 70's?? That "choice" is up to the woman herself. Should we start questioning female physicians, airline pilots, firefighters, police officers, soldiers? Apologizing like this publicly is the sign of a mature adult. Not because I agree with her necessarily, but because the capability to own up to your own mistakes (rushing to judgment in this case) is sorely lacking in our political class. How many times have we thought a sincere apology from W would have been a good start in repairing the damage his mistakes have caused?
